Role: Customer Solutions Engineer (Data / Cloud / AI)

Salary: Salary circa £70,000 - £85,000 DoE

With business demand accelerating, they’re now looking for a technical solutions expert to sit at the heart of customer engagement… someone who can combine technical depth with commercial instinct.
You’ll be the critical link between Product, Sales, and Engineering, helping some of the world's most advanced organisations solve complex training and simulation challenges through smarter data. You don’t need a Defence background, but a strong grasp of data, cloud architecture or engineering is a must.
Likely someone that enjoys interacting with customers, that comes from a technical engineering / pre-sales background
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and deliver technical demos and discussions that show clear business value
* Deep dive with Aerospace & Defence customers to understand pain points
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across large OEMs
* Guide customers on best practices around data integration and product use
* Partner with the product team to support delivery of complex 6–7 figure solutions
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts from the inside out
* Write compelling technical proposals and support commercial deal structures
What they’re looking for:
* Background in Data Science, Engineering, or Cloud Architecture
* Strong technical credibility with 3+ years in technical sales, BD, or solutions roles – this isn’t a sales role, but will be involved in the sales process
* Comfortable working closely with technical and executive teams alike
