A highly respected professional membership body is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Accountant to join its Finance team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in central London, offering hybrid working and the chance to play a key role within a values-led organisation.
This position sits at the heart of financial reporting and compliance, supporting both the organisation and its subsidiaries. It would suit a qualified accountant who enjoys combining technical expertise with improving systems, strengthening controls, and working closely with colleagues across the business.
Experience within a professional membership organisation, charity, or similar not-for-profit environment would be highly advantageous.
The role The Financial Accountant will be responsible for ensuring financial information is accurate, compliant, and well-governed. Youll take ownership of subsidiary accounts, support the production of consolidated group accounts, and act as a technical point of reference for accounting standards and statutory reporting.
