We're looking to recruit an Account Manager to join our RPO DEPARTMENT and support our RPO Projects Team!
Our dynamic RPO Projects team specialise in recruiting technical and specialist roles for government, public, and private sector organisations. Our strategic sourcing expertise targets both active and passive markets to deliver top-tier talent to a range of clients.
What's an Account Manager?
As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with a diverse portfolio of RPO clients across the government, public, and private sectors. Your role will focus on building and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders up to Director level within your client group, and ensuring that our RPO Delivery Teams achieve the contractually agreed operational service.
You'll be:
* Spending 'face time’ with the client to help build strong working relationships
* Working closely with our RPO delivery team to support in the achievement of contractually agreed service levels and operational requirements
* Support with identifying opportunities to grow existing RPO accounts
* Managing the supply chain within Reed’s RPO team and external preferred suppliers
* Running regular review meetings with delivery teams and stakeholders, and producing appropriate MI to analyse and inform decision making
What are we looking for?
We’re ideally seeking candidates with extensive experience working with blue chip and central government organisations. You’ll also need a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
It's also essential that you:
* Have demonstrable experience working with high level clients
* Are able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Have experience in recruitment, ideally within an RPO setting
* Have experience with MI reporting, ideally using Microsoft systems including Power BI and Excel
