As our Regional Sales Manager for the South of England, you’ll be the face of our brands—championing our products, strengthening customer partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities across a diverse and dynamic territory.
You’ll play a pivotal role in how our brands show up in stores, how our customers engage with our digital tools, and how we deliver exceptional execution on the ground. Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities
* Own your region: deliver sales targets and grow distribution across independents, education accounts, and wholesalers.
* Bring campaigns to life: execute promotions, support demos, and champion best‑in‑class brand presence.
* Use data to win: leverage CRM and Power BI to plan smarter, forecast better, and make informed commercial moves.
* Grow new opportunities: identify and convert new business to strengthen our brand footprint.
* Collaborate widely: work with marketing, trade marketing, digital and fellow RSMs to ensure aligned, consistent execution.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Technical Requirements
* Strong commercial experience in a customer‑facing role, whether in field sales, account management, specialist retail, or a related environment.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
* Experience in strategic account management and new business development.
* Good understanding of margins, trade spend, rebates and Gross-to-Net.
* Confident using CRM tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
