Job Summary
As a Sales and Operations Administrator, youll support the Packing Manager with sales orders and related administrative tasks. Youll also assist the packing team to ensure the accurate and timely distribution of socks, hosiery and accessories. This role suits someone with a strong eye for detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing sales orders and booking in deliveries using Navision
* Generating and checking sales invoices
* Inputting data accurately and running reports
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Dealing with customer queries professionally and efficiently
* Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
* Picking and packing orders as required
* Supporting the wider operations team as needed
Qualifications & Experience
* A good standard of education, including English and Maths (Grade A–C or equivalent)
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or within a distribution
environment
* Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is desirable but not essential

Pay: £19,047.60-£23,809.50 per year
