About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key part in supporting students aged 11–16 by:
* Supervising classes during teacher absences
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN learners
* Ensuring a positive, productive learning environment
This role is ideal for individuals who want to build experience in schools and explore a future teaching pathway.
Who We’re Looking For

* Confidence managing groups of students
* Strong communication and rapport‑building skills

* Experience or interest in supporting students with SEN
