Essentials..
* Market Research agency experience at Senior Research or Insight Executive level or higher
* Experience delivering well-researched insight to clients about their consumers, demographics and audience
* Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods, with strong analytical ability and an eye for commercially relevant insights
* Highly organised, comfortable juggling deadlines, project admin, financials and team coordination
* A clear communicator, engaging and able to craft compelling proposals, analysis plans and outputs
* Experience working cross-functionally across teams such as fieldwork, labs, science, etc
* Demonstrate great organisational and time management skills
* Flexible approach to research with the ability to work well under pressure
* Self-motivated, driven and adaptable with the desire to learn new techniques, as well as enjoying being forward-facing and getting stuck in
