World leading CRO recently awarded Best Employer have a new opportunity for a Senior Statistical Programmer to join their FSP Team. As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will be responsible for providing programming leadership for high complexity studies including effective resource planning, work allocation and progress tracking to ensure project timelines and quality targets are consistently achieved. This is a fully home-based role based in the UK, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria or Romania
What you will be doing:
* Be assigned to a dedicated FSP Client.
* Act as a Lead programmer on multiple studies of various complexities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Programming datasets, tables, figures and listings to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Oncology, Diabetes or Vaccines.
* Independently perform quality control of other people work.
* Adhere to client SOPs and work on client systems.
What you will need:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science/analytics, or other relevant scientific.
* Minimum of 5 years Statistical Programming experience.
* Minimum of 3 years study lead experience.
* Excellent knowledge of SAS essential and other programming languages i.e., R advantageous.
* Good working knowledge of data structures e.g. CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, software development lifecycle and their implementation.
* Strong communication skills with a proactive nature and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Be available on a short notice period.
* Right to work in UK, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria or Romania.
