Overview
Portfolio Payroll are currently partnered with a wholesaler who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a 12 month FTC maternity cover.
Responsibilities
* Payroll Administration for new starters, changes and leavers.
* Calculate elements of salaries, e.g. Statutory Sick Pay.
* Weekly and monthly payroll processing.
* Efficiently respond to pay related queries.
* Provide extended HMRC/tax status knowledge to employees as and when required.
* Closely work with the People Team to ensure records remain accurate.
* Produce weekly agency timesheets.
* Administration for company Benefits.
* Support department Managers with payroll and Time and Attendance software issues.
* Collate and produce monthly reporting data.
* Produce payroll and People Team reports as required.
* Consolidate all payroll data ready for the outsourced provider.
* Monitor right to work documents.
* Production of attachment deductions payment schedule.
Qualifications
* Experience within customer service/payroll environment is desirable.
* Excellent communication and team work skills.
* Passion to develop within a payroll environment.
