We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and help them locate products
* Provide detailed information about our offerings
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
* Support inventory management by restocking shelves and assisting with stock takes
* Ensure the store is well-presented at all times
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Compensation & Hours
£13.90 per hour
Shifts vary between 5am and 10pm, including weekdays and weekends.
