Solicitor who's passional about AI!! Legal Technologist – Legal Enablement
Are you passionate about technology, innovation, and improving the way legal teams work? We’re looking for a Legal Technologist to join our business and play a pivotal role in modernising legal service delivery.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of law, technology, and business change, helping to embed AI, automation, and smart tools into day-to-day workflows. You’ll work alongside lawyers and business services teams to identify opportunities, drive adoption, and make technology work for people, not the other way around.
What you’ll do
* Lead technology adoption in legal practice – test and implement solutions such as generative AI, contract automation, and legal research platforms to improve efficiency and productivity
* Upskill colleagues – design and deliver engaging training, workshops, and guidance to boost confidence in legal tech and digital ways of working
* Develop knowledge resources – maintain playbooks, precedents, and toolkits that make legal technology practical and easy to use
* Connect business and technology – act as the link between fee earners, IT, and transformation teams to ensure solutions meet real business needs
* Track trends and share insights – stay ahead of emerging legal tech developments and communicate findings to support strategy, leadership, and wider initiatives
Who you are
* A qualified solicitor with a strong interest in legal innovation and digital transformation
* Confident explaining complex concepts clearly, with experience supporting colleagues through change initiatives
