Role Purpose CBRE is responsible for the management of the Shell Retail Real Estate portfolio of interests in relation to its petrol filling stations (and accompanying retail and EV interests) within the Asia, EMEA and North America Region. The contract covers 18 countries and approximately 175 CBRE Account FTEs are currently in place globally. The Assistant Portfolio Manager will manage the UK Shell portfolio. Key Responsibilities Resolve any property management issue that may arise across the UK portfolio. Routine liaison with clients stakeholders including FM, Operational Team, solicitors, tenants, landlord & third parties. Manage Landlord and tenant relationships and deal with any issues presented. Ensure all instructions relating to client property closures are promptly communicated, all parties are informed, and all necessary actions taken within agreed timescales. Assist the process consent applications for alterations, assignments, change of use and under lettings whether acting for landlord or tenant. Support with Shell Team projects (such as portfolio/Ibis review) Assist with negotiations and completion of lettings/rent reviews/renewals. Support with disposals and accusation transactions including the marketing process. Work to develop asset optimisation throughout the Shell portfolio. Manage third party contractors to ensure meet service delivery expectations. Instruction as appropriate of other professional colleagues within CBRE offices in relation to planning, building consultancy etc to support Shell initiatives. Ensure client approvals and recommendations are properly submitted. Making sure service delivery is compliant to agreed procedures, GFA, LCA and KPIs Person Specification/Requirements Experience of commercial real estate lease transactions You will independently manage a high-volume workload, performing complex tasks, and seeking advice when necessary.
