We are looking for an experience restaurant Office Manager on a 3 month fixed term contract with a possibility for an extension, to join our team at NOPI.
A NOPI restaurant Office Manager looks after the operational and administrative side of the venue in conjunction with the General Manager.
Previous experience as restaurant Office Manager is essential.

Responsibilities:
* Complete daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, on-boarding, catering orders
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, inquiries, and requests
* Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and appearance of the office space to create a calm and professional atmosphere
* Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability for staff and guests
* Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting documents as needed
* Completing weekly and daily cash up procedures including banking and cash float maintenance
* Process invoices, credit card expenses, and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
* Collaborate with the finance team to track and manage expenses
* Draft and edit correspondence, emails, notices and other written materials on behalf of the organisation
* Manage and update staff contact lists and birthday lists as required
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues
* Order stock for the restaurant and kitchen as needed (M&A, Nisbets, Easypack etc.)
* Communicate maintenance issues and coordinate with GM, service providers and maintenance manager
* Manage catering orders including delivery, upkeep of the menus, updating the kitchen team
* Help updating and printing daily menus
* Ensure online menus are updated once a week
