Job Description:
Pro1 Recruitment is currently recruiting professional Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to work with our prestigious client, Royal Mail, at their Normanton (WF6) site. This role offers ongoing night and weekend work with excellent pay, clean trunking routes, and the chance to work with a highly respected logistics operator.
You will be responsible for completing trunking runs between Royal Mail depots, ensuring timely and safe delivery of mail. There is no handball involved, and all runs are pre-routed and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Class 1 trunking runs between Royal Mail sites
Complete deliveries in line with schedule and safety standards
Carry out vehicle checks before and after shifts
Maintain accurate paperwork and comply with all driving regulations
Ensure a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements:
Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
Minimum 6 months experience preferred (exceptions can be considered)
No more than 6 penalty points – no DD/DR offences
