This post is for Tiger Clubs Day Nursery.
Tiger Cubs Day Nursery is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful applicant will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to use their own initiative. The position is 37 hours per week, across a rota, 40 weeks per year.
The main duties of the role include:
1. Ensuring children are cared for in a happy, safe, and stimulating environment.
2. Working in partnership with parents and colleagues.
3. Maintaining child development and observation records.
4. Following and implementing all nursery policies and procedures.
5. Ensuring the key person approach is fully integrated into daily practice.
The successful candidates must hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification. For details of these qualifications, please refer to the following link:
Applicants should demonstrate recent experience in a childcare setting, with references, and possess knowledge of the developmental and learning needs of young children. They should also be positive role models to colleagues, students, and visitors.
