About the Job:
We’re looking for a Facilities Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and upkeep of our site. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll ensure the facility is well‑maintained, clean, and running smoothly, while acting as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and subcontractors.
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors for maintenance, repairs, and site services
* Schedule and track planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and overall facility condition
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a professional and welcoming environment
* Respond to and coordinate employee requests relating to facilities and site services
* Support health & safety compliance by ensuring facilities are maintained to required standards
* Monitor site supplies and services, raising requests where needed
Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and internal teams
* Proactive and responsive, with a “see it, sort it” mindset
* Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint) for tracking and documentation
* Previous experience in facilities, administration, or site coordination is beneficial
