About the School This specialist provision supports pupils aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Staff work closely together to maintain a consistent and supportive atmosphere, where strong relationships, clear boundaries, and teamwork are essential. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead lessons during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning. This role requires someone who is: Confident and capable of leading from the front Proactive and able to think on their feet Comfortable managing behaviour and adapting to challenges You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning while supporting pupils’ emotional and behavioural development.
