What you'll need to succeed
1. Minimum 7 years in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment, including time in a role with broader organisational scope, focusing on business-wide people strategy
2. Broad experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent development
3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple European countries, and the US, China and India
4. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to quickly establish rapport with others
5. Strong problem-solving skills; ability to exercise sound judgment and make sound decisions based on data, analysis and insights
