Role Purpose:

Monday to Friday – 8 hrs paid daily. Temp to Perm role.

Control of the core administrative tasks within the Distribution Centre, covering both the Warehouse and Transport roles and responsibilities. Demonstrate flexibility to coordinate and complete activities from the site and the branch customers.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Respond to all branch calls and emails. es)
2. Flagging branch concerns with the relevant Warehouse and Transport Teams
3. Investigate branch queries specific
4. Contribute ideas to improve ability to provide exceptional customer service
5. Be responsible for ordering uniform. (Transport & Warehouse)
6. Communicating with transport drivers
7. Organising training and development plans for transport colleagues
8. Deal with all Inbound supplier queries
9. Booking in Supplier Drivers
10. Dealing with delivery discrepancies
11. Ordering of replacement pump trucks for DC vehicles
12. Raising Purchase Orders. Lyreco stationary ordering
13. Raise stock collections, process awareness, and communication with the branches
14. Contact agreed number of branches weekly to discuss and collate DC performance feedback
