We’re looking for a proactive and professional Facilities Assistant to join our Jersey Facilities team. This is a varied, people-focused role supporting the daily operations of our office and delivering an exceptional experience for colleagues, clients, and visitors.
What You’ll Do
* Welcome visitors and handle calls via our switchboard
* Manage meeting rooms, diaries, and daily reception duties
* Support postal processes, deliveries, archiving and general office operations
* Assist with light maintenance, desk moves, and facilities-related tasks
* Coordinate wet ink signatures and document dispatch for international teams
* Provide flexible support across the Facilities function when needed
What We’re Looking For
* Front of house or customer service experience (professional services ideal)
* Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Comfortable using MS Office and office equipment
* Team focused, proactive, and detail driven
