As an Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and customizing facility solutions to meet the diverse challenges faced by our clients. Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop client accounts to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
3. Analyze client needs and provide customized facility service solutions that align with their requirements.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
5. Monitor account performance, prepare reports on key metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand service offerings where applicable.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account management efforts.
Requirements
8. Proven experience as an Account Manager in the facilities services or related industry.
9. Strong understanding of facility services and the unique needs of various client environments.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
11. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address client concerns effectively.
12. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
13. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting capabilities.
