Our client is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their friendly and busy team in their Swindon office.\n\nIf you have great customer service skills and can multi task then this could be the role for you.\n\nWorking hours - 9am to 5.30pm and some Saturdays with a day off in lieu in the week.\n\nDuties;\n\nCarry out routine property inspections\n\nGeneral administration duties\n\nComplete property inventories and checkouts\n\nConduct rental viewings with prospective tenants\n\nRequirements;\n\nFull clean driving license\n\nPrevious office admin experience\n\nFlexibility in working days\n\nStrong communication and organisational skills\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nPotential to earn bonus\n\nIf you feel this is the role for you then please contact us
