Ensure a smooth, engaging, and compliant candidate and new starter experience. People Success Framework Manage the full employee lifecycle, delivering operational HR activities across the organisation. Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and aligned with best practice. Training and Development Manage training provision across the organisation. Work closely with line managers and department heads to identify skills gaps and development needs.
