Town Planner - Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Planning Consultancy

The RoleYou will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and heritage. Working closely with senior team members, you'll be involved in:
* Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
* Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
* Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
* Supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile developments
* Contributing to planning strategies and reports
About YouTo be considered, you should have:
* A degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related field
* Progress towards (or interest in) MRTPI status
* Previous experience in a consultancy or local authority setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for planning
