Management Accountant – Up to £50,000 per annum

Are you looking to build on your finance experience in a role where your insights will support key business decisions? We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team who will contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Management Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, delivering insights that matter. Your day-to-day will include:
* Crafting accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
* Leading the charge on P&L reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end reporting .
* Preparing group-level reporting packs with sharp commentary on budget variances.
* Managing VAT returns, fixed asset registers, and intercompany reconciliations .
* Driving daily sales and bank reconciliations to keep our cash flow crystal clear.
* Supporting audit and tax pack preparation, and collaborating with external consultants.
* Playing a key role in business planning, sales analysis, and stock take processes .
About you:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role.
* ACCA/CIMA qualified
* Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, lookups, and beyond.
* Experience with Sage 200 is a plus.
* A sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
