About the Role As the Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the commercial management of several heavy civils and water‑sector packages. Working closely with engineering teams, delivery leads, and the wider commercial department, you'll ensure strong financial governance, structured reporting, and accurate cost control throughout the life of the project.
