Deliver Excellent After-Sales Customer Service
As a Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Dartford, you will be the main point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance, servicing, or repairs. Your focus will be on delivering first-class customer care, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience that represents the Mercedes-Benz brand.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, approachable manner.

* Confident IT and administrative skills, including experience using booking or CRM systems.
* Previous experience in a customer service, service advisor, or front-of-house automotive role is required.

Service Advisor – Main Responsibilities at Mercedes-Benz of Dartford
* Welcome all service, repair, and MOT customers into the dealership with professionalism and courtesy.
* Accurately log customer requirements, vehicle issues, and service bookings using dealership systems.
* Coordinate customer drop-offs, courtesy car handovers, and vehicle collection processes.
* Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, repair costs, and required authorisations throughout the customer journey.
* Work closely with workshop and parts to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer outcomes.
* Promote additional products, services, and dealership offers where appropriate.
* Ensure complete attention to health & safety, compliance, and data privacy protocols at all times.
* Continually represent Mercedes-Benz with pride and integrity in every customer interaction.
