Ciceley Commercials Ltd is looking for the right person to join their Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle franchise in Blackburn as a Sales Support Administrator as maternity cover.

The main duties will include:

· Providing support to Sales Executives at all sites

· Progressing vehicles from orders though to taxation and delivery

· Setting up Service Contracts

· Working closely with all departments including service to ensure all vehicles are progressed and delivered on time.

· Liaising with suppliers to provide updates on vehicle progress

Essential Criteria

· Previous Sales Support Administration experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Organised work ethic

· Disciplined work approach

· Strong attention to detail

· Hard working with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work

· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

· 'Can do' attitude

· Friendly and approachable

· Reliable and punctual

· Excellent computer skills

· Numerate

Desirable Criteria

· Knowledge of Autoline system

· Previous motor trade experience

· Previous Mercedes-Benz experience

· Previous experience in a commercial vehicle dealership

Ciceley Commercials Ltd is an award winning, Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer with sites in Blackburn, Bolton, Carlisle and Dumfries. We are a family run business, established over 50 years ago and currently employ over 240 people. The Sales Support Administrator role is based at our Head Office just outside of Blackburn town centre with onsite parking and ideally located if travelling by public transport
