We are looking for a self‑motivated, proactive, and passionate Cluster People & Culture Manager to join our Truly Talented team at Radisson Blu Canary Wharf East and Doubletree by Hilton London Excel.

About the role
* The People & Culture Manager role will take the lead and provide comprehensive and confidential People & Culture support, contributing to our business goals whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships.
* The role provides consistently high standard support, both administrative and non‑administrative to the People department, actively driving our goal of becoming an employer of choice.
* The role will report to General Manager. Building a strong relationship with the stakeholders, managers, and all colleagues will be essential.
* The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience in HR, People operations or in a similar role. Be able to multitask, whilst being an organised, competent and resourceful individual with a passion for People development.
* The ideal candidate must have exceptionally strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills with a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing recruitment, selection and employee onboarding;
* Managing a performance management system/process;
* Ensuring the company's procedures comply with local employment laws;
* Handling all aspects of employee relations;
* Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off;
* Managing monthly payroll, ensuring labour costs are in line with budget;
* Manage day‑to‑day People function effectively and efficiently;
* Supporting management in all in all performance and succession planning.
Qualifications
* Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair;
* Previous experience in HR and Recruitment is required;
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues;
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy;
* Previous experience within the hospitality or service‑based industry would be ideal but not essential;
* You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
