Key Responsibilities
* Lead the technical delivery of electrical engineering design on complex, multidisciplinary projects
* Develop early‑stage strategies, technical concepts and feasibility assessments
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated engineering solutions
* Attend and lead client meetings, workshops and design reviews
* Oversee workload planning, fee awareness and resource allocation in collaboration with senior management
* Provide technical guidance, peer reviews and quality assurance across project outputs
* Mentor apprentices, graduates and developing engineers, supporting both technical and commercial growth
What You Need
* Strong track record delivering electrical building services across varied and complex projects
* Proficiency with modern digital delivery tools (Revit, BIM, Dialux, Relux, Electrical OM)
* Experience working closely with clients, design partners, contractors and project managers
* Ability to lead design teams, manage technical delivery and support project commercial performance
* Clear communication skills, with confidence in client‑facing environments
