As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the dynamic finance team. The Role As the EMEA Finance Manager, you will play a key role in leading financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning across the region. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will partner closely with country managers, commercial teams, and external advisors to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across the EMEA region Preparing consolidated financial statements and management report Recommending key strategies, while partnering with regional managers to drive profitability and reduce waste Provide financial analysis and insight to support decision-making and regional performance reviews Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls Managing annual audits, liaising with external advisors Leading a small team, encouraging development and progression Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience managing a team, ideally 2 heads Minimum 2 years' PQE, ideally with experience working across EMEA Excellent analytical and communication skills Right to work in the UK What's on Offer Salary: £70,000 – £80,000, DOE Hybrid working (3 days in office) 25 days annual leave, plus BH Private healthcare And much more!
