Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN.
Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they are engaged and motivated.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in an SEN setting, is desirable.
A genuine passion for education and supporting students with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education or childcare would be advantageous.
