Position Title: Strategic Marketing Coordinator (Maternity cover)
Location: Tamworth, UK – Hybrid
Position Overview
The Strategic Marketing Coordinator will support multiple construction-related segments within H.B. Fuller’s Building Adhesive Solutions business unit. This contract role is responsible for executing and coordinating packaging artwork updates, product data management, and cross-functional communication, primarily within Europe/UK. The ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail with marketing, project management, and graphic design skills to ensure consistent, high-quality product information across digital and physical channels.
Primary Responsibilities
* Coordinate packaging artwork creation, updates, and approval processes across private label and H.B. Fuller branded products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to manage product workflow.
* Audit and update packaging artwork for compliance with brand and regulatory standards using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
* Maintain accurate records of packaging versions and status updates.
* Ensure consistency of product data across labels, websites, and collateral materials.
* Work in SAP to track and update product information, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
* Drive execution of label transitions and manage timelines and milestones.
* Track and report progress to internal stakeholders.
* Support project planning and documentation of changes for both internal and external partners.
* Liaise with creative resources and external vendors for packaging and print production.
Minimum Requirements
* 1–5 years of experience in a marketing or product management role, ideally in B2B, manufacturing, or construction.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience collaborating on cross-functional, technical projects.
* High attention to detail for managing data and artwork consistency.
* Strong communication and organization skills with an ability to handle multiple projects.
* Familiarity with packaging or print production workflows.
* Experience using enterprise systems such as SAP.
Preferred Requirements
* Experience working with global or remote teams.
* Exposure to new product development or private label product processes.
* Familiarity with digital asset management and web content tools.
* Multilingual abilities (English, French, German preferred).
* Interest in manufacturing, construction, or technical industries.
