Job Title Campaign Executive

Responsible To Senior Marketing Manager

Mobilityways is on a mission to make zero carbon commuting a reality. We produce ground-breaking climate tech empowering large employers to measure, reduce and report on their commuter emissions.

Role purpose

The Campaign Executive role sits within our demand generation marketing team. The team is responsible for the start of the new business sales funnel: awareness and lead generation, with campaigns focussed primarily on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The Sector Directors are then responsible for taking leads through to closed deals.

Main duties - Campaigns

Building and delivering campaigns for maximum, quality lead generation, and analysing campaign results to test and improve. Engaging our HubSpot database of contacts and running external promotion (such as with industry publications) to gain new leads.

This involves:

* Planning campaigns against the campaign budget to set targets for campaign success – number of MQLs and cost per MQL.
* Setting deadlines, organising tasks and confirming effort in man hours.
* Project delivery of the campaign and liaison with the necessary staff and agencies to execute the campaign.
* Defining tactics and content ideas to get maximum return for the campaign. Deciding which marketing methods are best for the campaign, and reaching out to external publishers to organise promotional activities.
* Project management considerations in HubSpot, such as setting up a lead source to track MQLs; Setting the target sector and personas and building target lists in HubSpot accordingly.
Mid and post campaign analysis to report on progress and results. Follow up on leads from the campaign with the Sector Directors to ensure progression and receive feedback.

Campaigns that the marketing team runs include:

* Webinars, workshops and our annual ZC3 online conference
* Promotional email campaigns, our monthly newsletter, and emails with persona or sector-specific messaging.
* Website campaigns for SEO and conversion:
* Thought leadership assets, such as The Commuter Census, Insight Articles and guides aimed at our target sectors
* Client impact stories and videos
Press releases and press liaison

Main duties - General

* Qualifying inbound enquires, from online lead capture forms before they are passed to the Sector Directors.
* LinkedIn lead-generation work, posting and monitoring/responding to interactions
* Development and management of website landing pages with information on our products, services and partners.
* Running experiments with a range of lead generation tactics to deliver Marketing Qualified Leads to the New Business Team.

o Focus on experimentation, with clear structured methodology and reporting.
* Successful experiments will deliver MQLs within pre-defined CPA targets.
* Successful experiments will be built into on-going campaigns.
* Working with multi-media in Canva & Descript
Collaborating closely with other colleagues in the Commercial Team and across the wider business.

OKRs

The ultimate focus for the Marketing Team is driving revenue and a high ROI from leads created. To achieve this the main OKRs are:

* Volume of MQLs (marketing qualified leads) for your campaigns passed to the Sector Directors
MQL to SQL% (Conversion of marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads). We will track the conversion rate of these MQLs to Qualification Call Scheduled by the sector director.

Person Specification

* You will have started a marketing career already and are keen to grow to the next stage.
* You will be very organised and forward-thinking, with a problem-solving mindset, in order to plan ahead for successful campaign outcomes
* You will be a quick learner, hungry to grow in a B2B marketing role, with an analytical mind for numbers.
* You will be able to self-learn and seek out resources and best practice, as well as be able to receive feedback from colleagues.
* Minimum of one year's marketing experience
* Be passionate for and keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and technology
Knowledge and experience with Wordpress, HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Analytics would be advantageous
