Sales Administrator – Calne, Wiltshire

At Aligra, on behalf of a well-established client, we’re recruiting a Sales Administrator to support smooth sales operations near Calne, Wiltshire. This role is ideal if you enjoy handling customer enquiries, updating quote and order databases, and being a key part of a supportive team.

What’s on offer:
* Salary: £24,761 per annum (£476 per week based on 39 hours)
* Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Mon-Thurs, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday
* Fixed Term Contract for12 months

Key responsibilities:
* Managing inbound enquiries and customer calls
* Chasing enquiries and following up on outstanding quotes/orders
* Maintaining quote and order databases accurately
* Liaising with internal departments for smooth order processing
* Performing ad-hoc admin tasks to support sales operations
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in sales administration or customer service ideally
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Positive attitude and keen to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
