About the role:
Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Leeds
Work with Primary and/or Secondary schools
Ideal candidates have a strong recruitment or sales background; cross-sector training into education available (Catering, Industrial, Construction, etc.)
Join one of the most successful education recruitment offices in Leeds with a supportive yet fast-paced environmentWhat you'll be doing:
Generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships
Advertising roles and managing candidate pipelines
Arranging interviews and placing candidates in both short- and long-term roles
Contract negotiations and ongoing customer service for schools and education professionalsWhat we're looking for:
Proven success in recruitment or sales roles
Ambition to transition or grow within the education recruitment sector
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
A proactive, driven approach to hitting targets and delivering outstanding serviceWhat you'll get:
