They are currently seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer, and the role is based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to take real ownership of mechanical design delivery across a diverse range of building projects, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and contributing to innovative, efficient and technically robust mechanical solutions.

The role:
* Produce detailed mechanical designs for a variety of building services projects
* Deliver projects on time, within budget and to high technical standards
* Develop cost-effective and energy-efficient mechanical engineering solutions
* Attend client meetings and support project briefing and coordination
* Prepare technical reports, specifications and design documentation
* Carry out site inspections and produce mechanical condition reports
* Collaborate closely with electrical, sustainability and other design teams
* Use mechanical design tools including AutoCAD, Revit and relevant HVAC/MEP calculation software
What you’ll need:
* A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
* Hands‑on experience in mechanical design within building services
* Strong proficiency with mechanical design software and modelling tools
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* The ability to obtain UK SC Clearance (essential due to project requirements)
