We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception and Sales colleague (internally known as a Placemaker) at Places Leisure. You will work in a lively environment with like-minded people, inspiring others and delivering excellent customer service. You will promote a helpful, welcoming environment, creating a positive first impression for members.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but if you are proactive and self-motivated, we will support your training and development to succeed in this role and beyond.
This role offers opportunities for career progression, including roles such as Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager.
Ongoing training and development are provided, including customer service and sales training, webinars, seminars, and cross-skilling opportunities like lifeguarding and swimming teaching.
