Here at Advanced Supply Chain Sheffield, we are looking to appoint an operations Manager on a permanent basis working across our Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm shift pattern. As our Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, innovative environment, working hands-on with some of the latest and most exciting fashion garments in the industry. No two days will be the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.
Reporting directly to our General Manager (who’s as supportive as they are experienced), you’ll have the freedom to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll oversee a team of talented Team Managers across multiple departments, providing strong leadership, motivation, and hands-on coaching to help them thrive.
This role isn’t just about keeping things ticking — it’s about driving operational excellence, finding smarter ways to work, and ensuring we consistently deliver for our high-profile clients. You’ll be a key player in making sure our operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and with style.
Key Responsibilities Of Our Operations Manager
* Champion a culture of safety – You’ll ensure our workplace is safe at all times, making Health & Safety a top priority and living our policies in everything we do.
* Keep an eye on the numbers – You’ll take day-to-day ownership of direct operational costs and play a key role in managing the daily P&L.
* Lead the team to success – You’ll guide and support our brilliant Team Managers, helping them perform at their best and grow in their roles.
* Own the stock flow – You’ll be the go-to person for warehouse queries in your operations space, keeping everything running smoothly.
* From planning to production, you’ll optimise how we use our people and equipment to meet goals and uphold our values.
* You’ll develop, implement, and continuously improve our Standard Operating Procedures, setting the bar for operational excellence.
