The Role

The team is highly regarded in the residential development sector, representing a diverse range of clients, including major national housebuilders, strategic land promoters, emerging niche firms, and regional developers across the UK.

As a key member of the national team, you will collaborate with the country’s leading housebuilders on complex, high-profile projects, such as large-scale land acquisitions, joint venture agreements, funding structures, and more. This role offers exposure to innovative, high-value work while allowing you to forge strong relationships with top industry professionals.


The Ideal Candidate

* Be a qualified Residential Development Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
* Have a strong grounding in both contentious and non-contentious Construction matters
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build lasting client relationships
* Show an eagerness to enhance your business development skills and expand your professional network
* Possess a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing complex caseloads
