What we expect from you
* Demonstrate a robust technical background in product‑led development
* Guide delivery aspects of the squad, including planning, prioritization and strategic direction
* Manage team dynamics and foster personnel development within the squad
* Exhibit a solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies and best practices
* Effectively lead a squad of full‑stack engineers
* Possess a full‑stack engineering background, with a preference for .NET experience
* Experience with at least one major cloud provider
