Desktop/Systems Engineer - Virtualisation - Azure - Networks - IT Support - 1st & 2nd Line progressing to 3rd Line - Good Benefits Package - £30,000-35,000 per annum

Were looking for a Systems Engineer with a good technical background and customer facing attitude to join a growing managed service provider (MSP). You will be working with their key customers to solve IT issues and escalate where necessary, but the expectation is that you are able to undertake tasks from 1st to 2nd or potentially 3rd line if possible.
You will be working in a really supportive and collaborative team in a welcoming and open environment, with a clear path for growth and development. Its a great business with a brilliant leadership team too.
You will technically have experience in:
* O365 Support and Admin
* Azure Administration
* Firewalls
* Networking (VLAN, WAN)
* Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware
There is some on-call support for P1 issues with a weekend rota 1 in 4, which you are financially compensated for and the Systems Engineers cover 7am-6pm so some slight variation in working patterns are needed.
