Are you a Support Team Manager who is looking to join a fantastic team in the Brighton area to lead and manage the client support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative and customer service support to financial advisers and their clients. This role is crucial in maintaining our compliance with regulatory requirements and business standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
* Lead and manage the client support team at your location.
* Work closely with Client Support Team Leader(s) and Senior Team Leader(s) to enhance team knowledge and personal development.
* Conduct regular meetings to monitor and prioritise workloads, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers and team leaders to understand and meet business needs.
* Manage and delegate workload effectively within the team.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide developmental guidance.
* Manage staff issues swiftly and appropriately, involving other managers when necessary.
* Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements within the team.
* Oversee the use of back-office systems and ensure accurate client record-keeping.
