Responsibilities include updating workflow systems, performing daily stock checks, and promptly reporting issues to the contractor engineer and site manager. The position requires SC clearance and adherence to all project processes and security protocols.

2. Daily Rate: In-scope IR35, of £ (PAYE) OR £ (via a Hays Approved Umbrellapany)
3. Contract Length: 02-Jan-2026 to 13-Mar-2026

Key Responsibilities
5. Migration Set-up
6. Set-up Refresh Clinic
7. Move the required quantity of devices as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic location
8. Login to any system as required via device(s) provided by the contractor’s engineer and Site Manager and under their instructions
9. Refresh laptops
10. Collect existing devices from users and handover new devices in accordance with the migration schedule and project processes
11. Handover and collect the correct number of devices each in accordance with the migration schedule
12. Correctly update the Contractor’s workflow management system at all relevant steps
13. Report issues arising from migration activity promptly and accurately to the contractor Engineer and Site Manager
14. Where issues cannot be resolved immediately, pass them over to an onsite Post Migration Support Engineer
15. Conduct manual stock checks daily and report findings to the contractor Engineer and site Manager
16. Place existing devices collected from users at the Refresh Clinic within the packaging that was used to contain a new device and in accordance with the device Designation Rules mark the outside of the box to indicate whether it is for “disposal” or for Refurbishment
17. At the end of each day, move all the devices and equipment into the onsite storage location.
