Property Litigation Solicitor – Manchester You'll join the Manchester-based Property Litigation team, part of a national Real Estate Litigation group that is one of the largest in the UK, comprising over 20 lawyers across Leeds, London and Manchester. Work will include: Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Lease renewals (contested and uncontested) Break notices, forfeiture and possession actions Telecoms disputes Complex dilapidations claims Development-related disputes Strategic litigation for large-scale occupiers and landlords At Junior Associate level, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of disputes and benefit from direct Partner supervision. You’ll be given real responsibility early, with support to help you grow and eventually run your own matters. At Senior/Managing Associate level, you'll take a lead on complex cases, supervise junior colleagues and act as a key contact for major clients. You’ll have the chance to play a strategic role in client relationships and business development across the firm’s national Real Estate division.
