Why This Role Matters
You’ll play a key role in supporting and optimising marketing automation solutions, enabling workflow efficiencies and reducing manual effort. This role is all about driving performance through intelligent technology and collaborating across data, engagement, and tech teams. You’ll also focus on improving customer experience by designing and developing customer journeys that deliver personalised, seamless interactions across touchpoints.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and optimise marketing automation workflows and platforms
* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
* Manage and troubleshoot automation platforms
* Support reporting and insights on automation performance
* Ensure compliance and best practice across all automation activities
* Provide technical guidance to marketing teams
* Design customer journeys to improve customer experience and deliver personalised, seamless interactions across touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ experience in CRM, marketing operations, or automation
* Strong technical aptitude with automation platforms (e.g., ESPs, CEPs)
* Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Collaborative team player with problem-solving ability
* Experience in automotive is preferred but not essential
