At GXO, we’re expanding and seeking dedicated drivers to join our energetic team in Dartford, Kent, working on our exciting IKEA contract. As a Class 2 Driver, you will deliver furniture for IKEA alongside a Drivers Mate, ensuring top-notch customer service and creating a better everyday experience for our customers!
Your Role
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will work 48 hours per week on a shift pattern of 5 days on, 3 days off over an 8-week rota, with start times between 5:00-5:30 AM.

Your Daily Responsibilities
* Work as part of a 2-person delivery team, delivering furniture products into customers' homes and providing a first-class customer service experience
* Ensure the vehicle and stock are properly secured
* Complete tachographs in line with legislation and company policies
* Perform vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey, reporting any defects
What You Need to Succeed at GXO
* This is a physically demanding role that includes lifting and shifting furniture
* Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
* No more than 6 current penalty points
* No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC, or TT99 endorsements within the previous 5 years
* Previous experience driving category C vehicles is desirable
* A DBS security check will be completed on the successful candidate
