We’re working on behalf of a global engineering solutions provider that’s continuing to grow its UK footprint. As part of this expansion, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to cover West London and surrounding regions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong engineering background who enjoys translating technical detail into commercial success.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts across your territory, selling high-value technical and engineered solutions into a variety of sectors. You’ll work closely with internal engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that genuinely add value for customers.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and growing a defined sales territory

Identifying and converting new business opportunities

Developing long-term relationships with engineers, specifiers, and decision-makers
*
Interpreting engineering drawings, technical documentation, and CAD-based information
*
Producing accurate quotations and proposals
*
Representing the business professionally in a consultative, solutions-led sales approach
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who combine commercial drive with technical credibility. Ideally, you’ll have:

An engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or structural preferred)

Proven experience in technical or engineering sales

Confidence reading engineering diagrams and drawings
*
Experience understanding or working with CAD (hands-on or interpretive)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, self-motivated approach to managing your territory
