Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Rate of Pay: £14 per hour

Requirement: Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
* Supervising a team of grounds maintenance operatives (mobile and static) to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
* Effectively planning maintenance work across the contract ensuring efficient use of labour, materials and equipment.
* Overseeing winter maintenance operations.
* Leading by example to implement a positive health and safety culture.
Qualifications
* A passion for working outdoors.
* Prepared to work in an agile and flexible working environment.
* A good understanding of smartphone technology.
* Grounds Maintenance and Gritting experience.
* Supervisory experience.
* PA1 & PA6 spraying licence.
