Staffline are working in partnership with one of the largest and privately owned Facilities Management, Catering and Ancillary service providers in Ireland, recruiting for a Venue Presentation Manager on a permanent basis based in Belfast
Salary: £34K

Working Pattern
6. 40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday 9-5pm) Must be flexible to work around events
7. Must be available for night and weekends to work around events
Job Role
8. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit.
9. Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
10. Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays
11. Completing onsite quality audits
12. Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
13. Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetings
14. Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
15. Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
16. Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
17. Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessary
18. Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.
The Person
19. Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked
20. An excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standard
21. Customer service focused
22. Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
23. Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
24. Clean driving licence
25. 6 months or more experience in a similar role.
26. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
